Territories

RHOBIE e-commerce delivers in the European Union, Switzerland & Lichtenstein, United Kingdom and United States. For sending an order to any other territories please email us on [email protected] and we will handle your purchase individually.

Processing

Orders are processed during office hours from Monday to Friday, with the exception of public holidays. It takes 1-5 business days for an order to be processed. You will be notified once your order is shipped.

Delivery Method

Delivery within 2-8 business days. Deliveries are made during office hours from Monday to Friday, with the exception of holidays. RHOBIE offers shipping via the DHL and UPS courier services. For EU orders the standard option can be chosen. For Deliveries outside the EU, DHL or UPS Express is used.

Taxes and duties

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the EU or from our headquarters in CH. The warehouse is located in Austria and headquarters are located in Zurich. Orders outside the European Union can face possible import taxes. The recipient is responsible for any import taxes and customs duties. RHOBIE can not estimate the amount of customs duties you will have to pay. For more information, please contact your local customs office. RHOBIE takes no responsibility for any costs and/or taxes and/or delays due to customs.

Return Policy Conditions

You can request the return of any product within 14 days counting from receiving your package.
The items are in their original condition and have not been worn, used, or altered.
The items have not been used in photo shoots, social media posts, online, commercially, or for personal gain.
All packaging shipped with your order must be returned. Original packaging needs to be used.
Any additional materials (such as shoe bags, etc.) are returned along with the item.
The return is shipped from the same country in which the item was purchased.

EU Countries

All returns in the European Union are your responsibility and at your own expense. VAT is included in the retail price. No import duties within the EU.

Countries outside of the EU

All returns from orders outside the EU (e.g CH, UK, USA, and UAE) are your responsibility and at your own expense.

Please note that you must pay the respective country’s VAT and any applicable import duties for these countries. RHOBIE assumes no responsibility for packages held by customs if the customer does not settle these charges. RHOBIE cannot estimate how much customs duties you will have to pay.

In the case of your returned item not meeting the above conditions, the package along with the item will be sent back to you, and no refund will be issued.

Note, that in case of loss, theft, or damage of the returned item, RHOBIE can not be held accountable.

Return process & Refunds

1. Request your return sending an email to [email protected].

Please include:
- Your order number
- The reason why you want to return the item
2. Once the return is authorised, you will receive an email with a prepaid return label. Please print all documents sent.
3. Pack the item in the original box along with all the packaging.

4. Arrange a pick-up with a courier service of your choice or hand the package at the closest post office. For example: DHL Service Point . If you need assistance, we can arrange a prepaid label sent from us within the EU and UK, and the amount of the return will be deducted from your refund.

Once your package returns to our our warehouse, please allow in total 5 to 14 business days for processing your return and refund.

You will be notified by email once the return is complete and the refund has been issued. As soon as your return has been accepted and processed, your refund will be issued to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

For security reasons, we cannot issue a refund to a different payment method and/or credit card. Once your refund has been issued, you will be notified by email.

The time needed for your funds to be available in your account may vary based on the payment method used. Please note, Credit card refunds depend on your bank

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide exchanges at this point. If you would like to exchange the product, please return the item and make a new purchase from the website.

Responsibility

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us. Please ensure they are properly packaged to avoid any damage during shipping. We recommend to get a proof of return (e.g a receipt or tracking code) for any information needed during the return process. In case we notice a suspicious pattern of returns (such as, if we suspect someone returned a used item, if someone orders and returns regularly, or if the returned items do not match what the person ordered), we will be allowed to deactivate the used account.
